Running Biomechanics & Analysis in Malta
The Running Lab Malta uses 3D motion capture and biomechanical assessment to help runners and athletes understand how they move, address running-related concerns and make informed decisions about training, rehabilitation and performance.
Move Smarter. Perform Stronger.
The Running Lab at Mediatrix Centre, Qormi
The Running Lab Malta provides objective movement analysis and biomechanical assessment to help runners and athletes better understand how they move, identify relevant movement considerations, and guide training and rehabilitation decisions.
Using 3D motion capture, we assess running and walking mechanics to provide objective information about your movement — helping to identify asymmetries, understand loading strategies, and support informed decisions about training, rehabilitation and performance.
Whether you are experiencing running-related pain, returning to running after injury, or looking to better understand your running mechanics, our team at Mediatrix Centre, Qormi is here to help.
Two Ways We Can Help
