What Happens After Your In-Clinic Analysis?

Understanding the next steps after your assessment, and how ongoing support works where appropriate.

What Happens After Your In-Clinic Analysis?

After your in-clinic analysis, the findings and recommendations will be discussed with you. Depending on your individual needs, this may include advice relating to running technique, training, rehabilitation, exercise or footwear.

Where appropriate, a follow-up appointment may be recommended to review your progress and prescribe or progress a personalised exercise programme. For individuals who benefit from ongoing monitoring, monthly follow-up appointments may be considered. These appointments can include repeat 3D movement analysis, review of progress and updating of your exercise or running programme according to your current needs.

Follow-up appointments are individualised and are not automatically required after every analysis.

Your Assessment Doesn't Have To End With One Appointment

For some runners and athletes, a single assessment provides the information they need. Others may benefit from ongoing follow-up. Where clinically appropriate, follow-up appointments can be used to monitor progress, repeat 3D movement analysis and update personalised exercise or running recommendations.

This pathway is individualised and not everyone requires ongoing appointments.

Running Shoe Recommendations

Where appropriate, running shoe recommendations may be provided as part of your in-clinic analysis. Recommendations are based on the findings of your assessment and your individual running needs, rather than being a one-size-fits-all recommendation. Shoe advice forms part of the overall assessment and is considered alongside your movement, history and goals.

We do not imply that a specific brand is always recommended, that a particular shoe will prevent injury, or that shoes alone will resolve pain.
